    Arkadaslar benim Burda bir Dairem var ve icinde Kiracim var.
    Girdi gireli yani 5 Yildir kirayi arttirmadim.
    Ama simdi biraz arttirmak istiyorum.
    Kendisine simdiden mektubla bildirip 01.01.2017 tarihinden sonra yeni Kiranin gecerli olacagini bildirecegim.
    Fakat Mietvertragi falan degistirmek gereklimi?
    sadece mektubla bildirmem yeterlimi?
    izlemem gerekli yol nedir?
