    selam arkadaslar,
    son zamanlarda yorgunluk-halsizlik vardi bende, ev doktoruna gittim,kan tahlili yaptirdik ve demir eksikligi var dedi,denemek icin bana hap yazdi.
    kirmizi et, salata,ispanak-fasulye-nohut gibi demir yüksek besinler almami tavsiye etti.
    icinizde demir eksikligi olan varmi? tecrübeleriniz nasil? sizler nelerden fayda gördünüz?
