    yurt dışında yaşayan vatandaşlar ile ilgili konut ve işyeri teslimlerinde 1 Nisan 2017 tarihinden itibaren kdv den istisna edilmiştir yani yüzde 18 lik bir avantaj sağlandı
    ayrıca tapu sicil harcı ve damga vergisi de muaf tutulmuştur. Bilginiz olsun
